Kids Yoga Therapy combines the calming benefits of traditional yoga with therapeutic techniques, making it a unique and effective tool for supporting children’s overall well-being.

It is specifically tailored to address a variety of challenges that children may face, including anxiety, stress, depression , living with autism, ADHD, sensory processing issues, trauma and grief, chronic pain, asthma, digestive issues, insomnia and hypermobility.

Unlike general kids' yoga, which focuses primarily on physical postures and movement, Kids Yoga Therapy uses therapeutic strategies to support children in a deeper, more integrated way. It helps children connect their body, mind, and emotions while providing a safe space to express themselves and learn self-regulation.

Early Years Weekly Yoga Classes and Incursions.
Early Years Yoga sessions are designed specifically for children aged 3–5 years, providing a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate introduction to movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
Through playful poses, stories, songs, and games, children explore their bodies, emotions, and breath in a safe and supportive environment.
Benefits of Early Years Yoga:
Self-Regulation: Children learn to notice their feelings and use simple strategies—like breathing and gentle movement—to calm their bodies and minds.
-Gross & Fine Motor Development: Yoga poses help build strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

All sessions are play-based, engaging, and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). We support outcomes such as:
