Join us for the Calm and Confident me program this January school holidays! Through mindful fun this class is designed to help children feel grounded, confident and connected Through playful yoga poses, creative activities partner games, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, children will explore how to connect with themselves and others in a fun, supportive space.
